Our content, including chat answers, is general marketing information, not legal, financial or other professional advice. Search engines and AI platforms change often. We do not guarantee any ranking, map position, AI mention, traffic, lead volume or revenue.
AI chat
The Living Intelligence chat uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Check important information with our team before relying on it. Prices, plans and offers are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement from MarketPros.AI. A chat answer is not an offer or a contract. We may limit, pause or end chat access for anyone who misuses it.
Pricing and pay per qualified lead
Prices shown on our site are starting investments and may change. Final pricing depends on the scope you approve in writing. How qualified leads are defined, counted and billed is set out in your service agreement.
Living Star and STAR TOKENS
STAR TOKENS earned in the Living Star experience are a promotional credit with no cash value. Every 1,000 verified STAR TOKENS equals $100 toward an eligible new MarketPros.AI plan, up to a $500 maximum credit. Credit is verified at enrollment, limited to one eligible new plan per business, and cannot be transferred, combined with other offers unless we say so, or exchanged for cash. We may change or end this promotion at any time, but we will honor credit already verified.
Acceptable use
Do not use our site or chat to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, try to get around our security or the chat’s instructions, collect data with automated tools without our permission, or upload harmful code.
Our content
The text, graphics, logos (including the MarketPros.AI star), software and other content on this site belong to MarketPros.AI, LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our content without written permission.
Links to other sites
We may link to other websites, including sources the chat cites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, MarketPros.AI disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
