This policy explains how MarketPros.AI, LLC (“MarketPros.AI,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit marketpros.ai, use our website chat, or contact us. If you have questions, email [email protected] or text (404) 877-2184.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, business name, website, and anything you write when you fill out a form, book a Zoom call, play the Living Star experience, or ask our chat to have someone contact you.
- Chat conversations. When you use the Living Intelligence chat, we keep the questions you ask, the answers you receive, and the page you were on. We store your IP address only in a scrambled (one-way hashed) form, used to prevent abuse.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, through cookies and similar tools. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use information
- To answer your questions, respond to requests and provide our services.
- To follow up with you by phone, text or email when you ask us to.
- To improve our website and our chat. We review chat conversations to find questions we answer poorly and improve future answers. People on our team approve every change before the chat uses it.
- To keep our site safe, including detecting spam, abuse and misuse of the chat.
- To understand how our website is used, through analytics.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ advertising.
AI chat
Our Living Intelligence chat is powered by an AI model provided by Anthropic. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate answers. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models. The chat may also look up public information from trusted websites to answer current questions. The chat gives general guidance only. Please do not enter passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information in the chat.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry or our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under terms that limit how they may use it:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) for our CRM, forms, scheduling, calls and texts
- Anthropic for the AI chat
- Brevo for email
- Google for analytics (Google Analytics) and web fonts
- Cloudflare for website security and delivery
- CleanTalk for spam protection on forms and comments
- Our website hosting provider
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or others’ safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
How long we keep information
We keep contact and lead information for as long as we have a business relationship with you or as needed to respond to you, and chat records for up to 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within 30 days.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
- You can change your cookie choices at any time through the cookie settings on our site or your browser.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state’s law. We will honor those rights as required.
Visitors outside the United States
MarketPros.AI is based in the United States and serves clients worldwide, with a focus on North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Information you give us is processed and stored in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use recognized safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. We use your information on these legal bases: your consent (for example, for analytics cookies and marketing messages), steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract or performing a contract with you, and our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our website and responding to business inquiries. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Middle East and Asia. If you are in a country such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Japan or the Philippines, we handle your information in line with the data protection laws that apply there, and you may have rights to access, correct and delete your information and to withdraw consent.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
